I got some ages ago for wind and bloating but never used them.
Having gone through a bit of a dire time over the past few days with terrible bloating I decided to try.
Good results so far. At this point after my evening meal I'm usually starting to inflate like a balloon. Tonight not so much.
I know you have to be careful with them as they can stop other meds working properly but for occasional use they seem to be very effective.
Anyone else used them.

Yeah- ages ago. like 20 years. Was never sure if they made a difference.
Thinking of buying those knickers with the charcoal inside though! :D

But that's for smelly f***s ;D
Really tonight I don't look six months pregnant. It's such a relief to be honest.

That's interesting about the bloating, I'm a sufferer. My sister had charcoal tablets years ago for excessive flatulence lol

I'm just using it for bloating.
If I could get rid of the wind then I would be fine but I can't. Seems to be working for now.
More comfortable tonight than I've been in days.

It's all a bloomin' mystery isn't it? >:( :D

We gave it to our dogs years ago ......... in the shape of 'winalot' bones. How do you take it and when?
-
Well it's not bone shaped CLKD ;D
One or two tabs after a meal.

Is that what is recommended? I would have thought within an hour of eating :-\ to soak up the wind from the previous meals. I much prefer the idea of a bone ;)
-
Yes that's what it says on the bottle so im just following the directions.
Think I would prefer a bone too but needs must at times ;)
