Years ago i worked on Reception in a big glass building. I'd had a laparoscopy and was put on Zoladex...they told me it was "just a little injection to stop your periods" yeah right!
Wham, overnight meno.
It was a boiling hot summer day... in the glass Reception and I had been told we were expecting some top business type so i had a suit on. I had just started with mega hot flushes so I had the fan on full blast and was a little er feverish!
The bloke came into Reception and I have never seen such a gorgeous man! A healthier looking Kurt Cobain-alike who looked like he had just stepped off a surfboard. He came over to shake my hand and that was it, I went into an almighty purple-faced sweat, hair all of a sudden wet through, and the palms of my hands were soaking. He gave me the strangest look.
There was nothing I could do but sink into the spinny chair and hide!
