Hi I have had my first patch on since Friday of femseven.... really having trouble keeping the patch on.
Can we use surgical tape over ;) or what other ways have you ladies found to help please

Hi - Femseven has a bit of a reputation for this.
Suggestions I have seen are:
Apply to clean and dry skin.
Make sure it is warm before you apply - stick it down your underwear for 10 minutes first.
Hold it down for at least a minute, if not two.
Hairdryer? ;D (mine is a bit hot, so I would go warily on this one)
I don't have first hand knowledge, but hopefully someone will come along who has used it successfully.

Hi Lynne13
It's not a good idea to stick tape over patches because you can't tell whether the entire patch is stuck down so well underneath the tape - although some women do use this technique.
I can't help re Femseven because I've never used them but I've never had any trouble with Estradot using the warm palm technique - although these patches are tiny by comparison.
