I did try it many years ago but I felt wound up after a few days.  I did better on St John's Wort which I took successfully for a number of years.  But you have to be careful as it can interact with other medications if you take them.

Didn't help me.  Did help my friend for a while but then gave her bad headache's so she had to stop taking it.

Good luck WTD, hope it works for you.

It really helped with my Dad's sleep and he swore by it for quite a while.

I don't think it's cheap to buy, so maybe try and get it from Healthspan or H &B on "buy one, get one for a penny".

Also if you get chance, try and research EPA fish oils, they are also good for depression, sleep and brain function.

Let us know how you get on.

Now you have it you should try, my friend was good on it for a while, when her headaches started she simply stopped taking it then, she still intends to maybe try again in the future.

Why not give it a try and let us know how you go, if you dont like it you can stop at any time, you have the control.
