Title: Alternative treatments

Is anyone trying alternative treatments? If so do you recommend them? I'm struggling to find hrt that doesn't cause me some unbearable side effects so if anyone can recommend something I woukd really appreciate it. X

There is a good section on this site on alternatives. Lifestyle changes are still the best alternative way to help with most meno symptoms but I believe acupuncture can be beneficial for many.
SRRIs e.g. Citalopram can also be effective but they can also bring side effects occasionally but could be worth trying. DG x
