Title: Estradot & UTROGESTAN Here we go

Hello

After a bad time recently all sorts of weird symptoms, Ive just put my first Estradot patch on, they are very small!!. will take Utrogestan before bed, take them for 25 days them three day break, and Estradot twice a week continually I assume??? confusing x

Woke up feeling v groggy after first night on estadot patch and Utrogestan tablet no other side effects so far here's hoping 🙏 x
