The Menopause, Natural Therapies, HRT and You - An International Study.
We hope to gather the first truly international picture of how women feel about their menopause, how you have managed your symptoms, and if relevant, who has helped you along the way. We also want to gather your opinion about any professional help you have received.
Find the questionnaire here (http://www.menopausematters.co.uk/questionnaire-alt-hrt2014.php)
Thank you if you can fill in this survey which will help women everywhere.

Stuck on question 2 - guessing you are excluding the surgically menopaused (yet again, "big sigh").

Doesn't this part of question 2 cover surgically menopaused?
I have had a hysterectomy and have menopausal symptoms
I have had a hysterectomy and have no menopausal symptoms

The only problem in my opinion with answering question 2 is there is not an option for women who do not know whether their natural periods have stopped or not because they've been on cyclical HRT for several years since being perimenopausal?

Answering "hysterectomy" would be the closest answer but, if an oopherectomised woman does that, I believe it will skew the data - for an "International study" it's rather vague.

Thank you for the prompt feedback on this. Q2 has been amended.

If you haven't completed our questionnaire already, please do so, it only takes a few minutes. We really need as many responses as possible, ideally from all over the world. We believe that the results of this important survey will influence the provision of menopause services in the future, and hopefully help to improve the current situation.
Thank-you all so much.
Best wishes
