Hello ladies,
Following my vertebra fracture, I have had the results of the DEXA scan and it has confirmed osteoporosis in the spine and head of femur. Am quie shocked as I had a normal scan only two years ago - to this has been rather rapid!
Anyway, as I am only 56, doctor has suggested Raloxefine (Evista) to try.
Just wondering if there are any ladies out there that take it, or have taken it? I would love to hear others experience of it.
I have read the side effects, the worst one being the return of the dreaded hot flushes. Just wondered how bad they are.
Any experiences would be great to hear about.
