Title: Trust me I'm a Doctor

New Series
Begins I think tonight ?
Will be discussing the need to drink more than 1 litre of fluids per day and in an article DH found on the net this morning, it is often the drinks companies who push for this 'requirement'  ;) - one study was put out as per reviewed but on closer examination, the drinks company funding the 'study' wrote the articles and asked certain Doctors to sign the Papers.  Nothing unusual about this but it is mis-leading!

It also states that in this study the diet as a whole was not taken into account, i.e. what the persons had eaten/drunk/how much exercise.  The whole diet needs to be considered as we draw a lot of fluids from our 'daily' intake.
