I’ve had a few months of what we thought were recurrent UTIs then antibiotics then thrush. I’m stuck in a cycle!!!
Beginning to wonder if it was thrush all along, anyway I was prescribed estriol cream 1mg which gave me migraines and made me very sore, tried vagifem which gave me awful bladder urgency. Now using Blissel without any issues until now where the thrush has returned with avengence!!!
GP just says “oh stick some canestan cream on too” but I think it’s gone beyond that as at the point I was before where I have pelvic ache and loss of appetite.
Anyone got any advice how to get rid of the pesky thrush? Shall I just stop the Blissel or just go to once or twice a week (still currently loading dose). Swabs previous confirmed it’s Candida albicans which I assume is having a whale of a time after 5 rounds of antibiotics in the last 6 months!!!
So fed up!!!!
