Hi ladies
Can anyone recommend a meditation app?
I've looked at a couple, but they have really bad reviews on Trustpilot (calm & headspace).
I know there's some on YouTube, but don't know which are good and trusted, plus there will be adverts, which will interrupt the meditation, which obviously won't be good.
