Hi
I have been on lenzetto 2 sprays and 200 progesterone at night for 5 months. Slept perfectly and felt ok. One day I felt a little dizzy, and the next and the next. I stopped the HRT cold turkey, and 2 weeks later, in myself feel fantastic, more energy and sleeping fine, no symptoms returning yet and much better than when on the HRT, but still the slight dizziness. So I have to conclude it wasnt the HRT. Not all day every day and just a little woozy, not full blown room spinning. Anyone else had this please?

Yes,I’ve had dizziness a few times, I take stugeron for it,they’re actually a travel sickness tablet but my dr prescribed them at a higher dose of 2 tabs 3 times daily, they’re actually worked a treat after 2 days BUT make sure you can take them and or speak to your GP about any new symptoms 🙂

A loss of oestrogen may be the cause?

It's awful. I have a nerve in the back of my neck which occasionally when I turn suddenly makes me feel woozy, I go "OH" and it's gone.
