Advice please - I was on kliovance for 2 years, was having some small side effects but had not had a period for 2 years prior hrt and no issues on kliovance (bleed free) so doctor moved me to estradot and progestin tablet. (100mg of each). Have been on this for 7 months and have bled every month randomly like I’m having periods again. Should I got back to kliovance!?

Kliovance is closer to a birth control pill in formulation so it is possible it was providing you with a degree of ovarian suppression.
Whether you switch back is down to personal preference, however if you aren't yet postmenopausal, micronised progesterone at standard doses will not prevent menstruation.

Hi thanks for this advice, very interesting re micronised progesterone. Doc says I am post menopausal but I guess she’s judging on the no periods for 2 years pre kliovance. My feeling is to go back to kliovance as I was 80% good on it just had indigestion a lot which was main reason for the change.
