Hi ladies,
I want to ask for advice. I have recently gone through fatigue spell that was life affecting and decided to up my estrogel. Went from 2 pumps to 3 pumps and since then (which was about 3 months ago) my boobs are so sore that it drives me insane. I do feel better tiredness wise, but I do wonder whether sore boobs are symptom of having too much oestrogen? I did try and google and obviously this can happen as temporary side effect, but it's not going away.
Please help me! Not sure what to do and what is the lesser evil here.

Hi Wania,
I have had the same problem with really sore boobs and was advised here to try Evening Primrose oil. After taking it for only a few days it has made a huge difference. Still a little bit of pain but not so uncomfortable. I also had a blood test and my oestrogen was low so obviously, in my case, it wasn't a sign of high oestrogen.

Thank you for your reply!
Do you take it as a tablet? I may try the same :)

Hi Wania,
When I was on 4 pumps of oestrogel my boobs were so sore, tender and hard. When I halved the dose they felt much better. For me it was a sign of too much oestrogen.
When I went for a mammogram the nurse recommended taking Evening Primrose capsules which I do every day.
Hope you start to feel more comfortable.
