Hi I've just been prescribed oestrogen gel. I have also been advised that magnesium could be helpful. Both for sleeping and also brain fog. But I have no idea which I should go gor as so many out there and so many strengths too. I know that they should contain glycinate and l-threaonate. But I don't know any more than that.im on s budget so if anyone has tried snd tested s brand thst doesn't break the bank and that works. Im all ears. Thanks

I take magnesium citrate powder from Life labs.
Lasts ages, doesn't taste foul and also helps with constipation.
I'm on fludrocortisone which lowers potassium and magnesium so I have to supplement for medical reasons and this is a brand I really trust.

I'm looking to start magnesium, I've not come across that they should contain glycinate and l-threaonate though.
What are these and what are they for?

I love the New Leaf Magnesium Gummies, I use them with the Better You Transdermal Magnesium Oil, massaged into my leg it really helps for cramps and restless legs at night.

I take Innopure Magnesium Glycinate. The capsule is plant based and they have no fillers or unnecessary ingredients.
Each capsule contains 500mg of magnesium glycinate which provides 100mg of elemental magnesium. 180 capsules in a pack and you can take 1 or 2 per day.
I have tried different ones but have found this to be the best for me.

Bomb, is the magnesium citrate powder you take from life labs, the one which is £17.90 for 500g? I am looking for a decent brand too and I was advised recently, to look at liquid magnesium. Have you tried that at all?
