Hi Vicky, I have had a lot of difficulty with progesterone and fatigue/drowsiness. I just experimented by taking it at different times. If I take it at 10pm for example I feel more groggy in the morning. If I take it at 6pm I have found it better for me and I am more alert. But I know some people feel better when they take it the morning so I think you just have to experiment and find out what is best for you.
Sorry, If I have missed your messages!

I wouldn't say I have no fatigue at all but it is better when I take it at 6pm!
