Title: Change from Lenzetto to Sandrena gel

Hi this is my first time posting, I have been switched from 3 pumps of lenzetto to 0.5 of snadrena gel as the lenzetto had caused a bad rash on the application site, can anyone point me in the direction of information on where i can find out what the equivelent dose of the gel would be to 3 pumps of lenzetto as the hot flasfhes have started back and also the night sweats, I am post menopusal

hoping someone can help me as doctor is useless

So, I was on Lenzetto before and am now on Oestrogel (so no experience with Sandrena). This website seems to be correct in equivalent dosages and it says you should be on the 1 mg sachet of Sandrena to get to a equivalent dosage. https://balance-menopause.com/uploads/2021/10/Equivalent-doses.pdf

I didn’t get a rash from Lenzetto myself (I did get a rash from the patch) and was quite happy with it, but the 3 sprays was a bit low for me and I’m now on 3 pumps of oestrogel myself.
