Vicky81 - U have so many threads on MM that it is hard for many of us to keep up.  Adding to 1 of your threads is OK !

What is 'normal' for any of us?   :-\

I would say you are going through another phase in the peri-menopausal journey, you have asked all these questions before, now and about three years ago, look back at your old posts if that's possible after such a long time, there were loads of answers given to you.

Give the medications time to work and everything will settle down for you like it did last time.

Grateful enough to keep to one thread so that U can keep up too?  U can find your old posts by going into your profile, into 'members' 2 find your name ....... making notes about responses from those threads over the years should reassure you !

It's not a technical issue, I found your 1st thread and bumped it.
