Hi all, just after advice on changing my utrogestran days from days 15-26 to days 10-21 so my utrogestran day are not on my holiday! I have a period around every 29 days still and take my utrogestran on day 15 for around 12 days sometimes 14. Can I change when I take my utrogestran ie from day 10 for 12 days so it hopefully changes my cycle so and so I’m not taking the utrogestran on holiday in December. Thanks!

Please don't rely on this if it is important to you to avoid bleeding on holiday.
Utrogestan is not strong enough to suppress any endogenous ovarian activity you are still having, so switching it about will not guarantee you a bleed free holiday.
If the objective is not to bleed on holiday you would be better getting a progestin that is indicated for postponing menstruation such as provera, norethisterone or a double dose of cerazette daily - the latter is not standard but less unpleasant to take and equally effective if started a few weeks before you go.
However you say that you wish to avoid taking utrogestan on holiday - if it is simply that the utrogestan makes you feel like crap and you don't mind bleeding, you just don't want to feel like crap, then just skip that course of utrogestan until you get back. You may or may not bleed.
If it is the latter then I would also say it may be worth considering alternatives anyway - why just feel good on holiday when you can feel good all the time?

Thanks Bombsh3ll good advice! Utrogestran doesn’t make me feel too bad but it knocks me out when I take it which is fine at home but on holiday it’s a bit shit if I want a late night! Also it’ll be 8 hours behind so it’s sorting out when total it from leaving the uk and that might mess it up anyway so would ideally love my holiday week to be like this week, the week after my period when I feel the it’s my best week of the month. I guess it’s hard to plan! 🙈
