Has your OCD been diagnosed?   When I find myself washing hands more than I need to I make a list and tick off when it's necessary.

How old R U?  Brain fog can be usual in pregnancy and in peri-menopause. I have always used lists .........

When was your last period?  R U able to describe the condition of your skin and whether it's all over or patchy?

:welcomemm:  browse round.  Make notes ;-)

Are you on hrt? If not that is what I would suggest (and if you are on hrt I'd suggest a dose high enough to control your symptoms).

Have actually just been prescribed hrt. ..they gave the gel and tablets. How long does it take to see a difference? Have also been referred for cognitive behavioural therapy, as I am picking a lot, which can coincide with OCD. These problems never were such a bad issue before.
