My new partner is so quiet and I'm screaming kicking dors etc.
I looked at my last blood report my SHGB is 250, serum testosterone is 1.9. All it said was "non urgent telecon"
Now my patch is 92mg, I also take yasmin combined pill back to back but I usually have a pill bleed /break every 3 months .. . I've has scans internally never anything wrong.
The thing is my anger is now out of control ....not everyday but most days. GP never saud anything.
Coukd this high level be causing this anger? I said to my partner this anger feels like the start of peri at the beginning this is how I felt complete rage.
What can I do? Stop the pill? If I lower patch I get sweats .....I don't know what to do
Please please 🙏 help me because my relationship is under strain so badly .

I’m afraid all this chopping and changing different products/ anti depressants, probably isn’t helping. Are you under a menopause specialist for all of this? I would be tempted to come off everything and reset
( under the guidance of a MS)
It sounds as though you would benefit from close monitoring, with all these symptoms.

One of my GPS is a meno specialist we only spoke a week ago she recommended me ckmjbg off the pill as its not something that's normally done....cos of blood clots etc.
But it says on the Internet to get the sbhg down....coming off the contraception pill will do it. I don't know much about this, but it seems uf the shgb is too high it stops the estrogen from flowing round the body hence giving you low estrogen symptoms.
My AD is fine been on it since January, it's only 20mg duloxetine because we have to go low when in withdrawal. Plus il admit a d I told the Dr.....I havebt had a pill bleed in about 8 months due to everything that was going on
...so he said yiu need to have one .
My partner was very ill etc it slipped my mind.
So now I'm ready to have one my new partner just gone out to get my always big pads etc, cos like I said I need to bring this sghb or whatever it's called right down so my estrogen works better .
If anyone can tell me or advise me Infirm me otherwise as I'm no expert please please do xxxxxxx

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin is considerably raised by the combined pill, and in particular those containing ethinylestradiol and an anti-androgenic progestin such as drospirenone.
This is a normal finding but is not usually measured in women on the pill.
I personally would continue the pill in order to remain bleed free and suppress ovulation to avoid your own hormonal fluctuations, but I would not be using an estradiol patch as well.
This may slightly increase the risk of clots, has not been studied for safety and is really not necessary or beneficial when you already have a much more potent estrogen on board from the pill.
It is akin to flying a 737 and flapping your arms as well.
However there is no medical reason to have withdrawal bleeds on the pill, these are a relic from a very paternalistic era in women's healthcare - it is better taken without a break whether it is being used to prevent pregnancy, treat a condition or to improve quality of life.

Ahh I was all set for coming off as I do think it's that ghats raised hhe SHGB and stopped my estrogen from free flowing my anger has been ot gone back to how it was when I first started peri. I put 100 patch on yesterday and I got night sweat last night ....not to the point where bed is soaking nut on my chest and bit on my legs
I guess il have to give this a go? You think ? I don't think the pill alone will be enough especially if it's raising the SHBG he anger is so bad it points to my estrogen not being used as it shoukd - as I read on the Internet cxc
