We’re thinking of moving to Wales from England. Does anyone have any experience of doing this and still getting their HRT prescription (oestrogel and utrogestan) I’m post menopausal, but want to continue taking this and my current GP is happy with that.

It should be just the same as long as you register with a local practice asap when you move.
If you have the luxury of choice, which most people don't with public services, you could ask around or go online and find out if a particular GP or practice has an interest in menopause and women's health and is HRT friendly.
It will help if you keep a copy of your current repeat prescription to prove what you are taking.

I believe that the Welsh Health System covers different conditions differently to in England.
In some areas HRT isn't available in Wales in the same way as here which means crossing the border. If U have decided which area to move to, ring round all the GP Surgeries and Pharmacists to C what the Policies might be. Also check the Hospitals to C whether there is a dedicated menopause Clinic available.
Wales is a beautiful country, I lived there for 8 years and had the coast and mountains close by 8) :-*
