Morning.

"Fluoxetine, sold under the brand name Prozac, among others, is an antidepressant medication of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor class used for the treatment of major depressive disorder, anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder, panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and bulimia nervosa".

Celticmandy1972 - as this may take a while to 'kick in', which symptom was this prescribed for?  Anxiety has been my problem since aged 3, certainly ADs have helped; as did 'valium' 3 times a day for a week then as necessary and I now have an emergency anti-anxiety tablet for when panic attacks floor me  :'(.. It works.  As did Propranolol for several years.

Do U mean that U were on 25mg and have now been given 75mg?
