Title: Kicking myself!
Post by: Therese83 on September 08, 2025, 09:12:15 PM
The last couple of days I've been feeling a bit like I did before HRT which is to say, mentally unstable. Feelings of rage when the kids annoy me and crying at things. Anyway my pharmacy had had to give me two smaller/weaker estradiol patches this time due to a shortage. For some reason the other day I put one above the other rather than side by side. They definitely started out distinct from one another. But just noticed the top one has somehow slipped down and it's overlapping the other one! Typical  ;D >:(

At least there's a reason for it and it is fixable!

It's worse if you feel like 💩 and don't know why!

Definitely! Do you think I can just put on a new patch early? I'm not due to change it until Wednesday night. We get free HRT in Ireland so I feel it's not totally my choice to make. Maybe I can ask the pharmacist.
