Title: Anyone tried HydraHer treatment for dryness?
Post by: Pythia on September 05, 2025, 04:02:06 PM
Has anyone tried HydraHer? I’m seeing adverts all over Facebook but all the testimonials sound too good to be true. The ingredients are just Vits A, D, B7, slippery elm and maca root. Surely the solution to post menopausal dryness can’t be that simple? I can’t find any independent reviews or testimonials, but its claims are amazing. Hoping there’s someone here who’s tried it.
Thank you.

You must be on the suckers list getting adverts for that!

It sounds like a crock of very expensive shit.

Nothing can beat therapeutic estrogen and androgen replacement in addition to a healthy diet and lifestyle.

I can't take HRT for medical reasons and my diet and lifestyle is fine, thank you. Just desperate for a solution to the dryness.

Sorry I don't know the answer but usually supplements only work if you're short of whatever it is that's in them. I share your view that if the answer was that simple we'd all know about it. Are you talking about skin dryness in general or vaginal dryness? If it's vaginal dryness topical oestrogen is safe to take even for those with oestrogen positive BC because so little gets in the blood stream. Search for posts on va or gsm, there are many.

Thanks Sheila. Vaginal dryness is the problem. I tried some kind of cream from the GP but it was so messy it was really off-putting to both me and the other half.

The only thing that will help is oestrogen. Have you tried the pessaries?

No, I guess I could go back to the GP if that’s how you get them

Yes, if one treatment isn't satisfactory then there are others to try in pessary form.
If you are over 50 you can purchase online or a pharmacy, brand name is Gina.

Ah. Gina says not for people with high blood pressure. I'm on meds, family risk of stroke, I don't want to risk it. <sigh> I guess no pessaries from the doc either then.

Hi. I must have been on the “suckers list “ as well 😜. I don’t normally buy anything online , but I did come across the add for HydraHer made by Pleage. I have been struggling a lot with intimacy for a very long time and have been on HRT for over a year now. It helped balance my hormones but not with hydration down there.
I was having a particularly difficult day when I thought “stuff it” and purchased it. I bought the 3 pack as the discount was appealing and I know it can take several month to see any results with any medication .  After paying for it I did feel a bit of dread as there are so many scams out there.  The package did take a lot longer to receive than I had anticipated. It was coming from the Netherlands and I am in Australia so it took several weeks.
I can with all honesty say that I have had positive results with hydration but not so much with libido. I take 2 tablet each morning. You need to take them on their own and not with any other medication at the time as it can interfere with the meds absorption.
I have since ordered my second 3 pack.
I hope this review helps you. 😊

Thank you, that’s really interesting to read, and much more constructive than some of the responses I had ;)
I hope things improve further for you.
