Title: Two evorel conti patches

Hi all.
My meno specialist gave the go ahead to up my conti patch from 1& 1/2 to 2 because symptoms had returned and he felt I wasn't absorbing well. Estrogen was at 98.
Thing is, I've had bed morning anxiety and low mood, on and off since.
Do you think it's too much progesterone?
I remember being like this when I upped to 1&1/2, but can't remember how long it was to feel better.
Been on 2 patches for nearly 3 weeks

The patches are balanced so you need that amount of progesterone. If you think the norethisterone in the patch is causing problems you can change to the oestrogen only patches alongside a different separate progestogen.

Thanks for replying.
I tried this before but the utrogestan made me extremely depressed.
I will hang in there for the 3 months and hopefully it will levrl out
