Hey 👋 I’m just wondering if anyone here has ever used Elleste Solo held/dissolved under the tongue?
For context: I’m in surgical menopause and currently use Lenzetto, although I’m not absorbing it very well, gels and patches I don’t absorb at all (tried different brands). So I’m looking for something to add to Lenzetto to boost Estrogen levels a bit (currently 178pmol), oral seems my logical next step but I’m worried about the added clot risk and I come accross some info about using Elleste Solo (off label) for buccal use. I don’t need to raise my levels massively as I’m best about 250-300pmol.

There is some interest in sublingual estradiol within the trans community but it's not something I've looked into in any depth as I am happy with oral and on a combined pill anyway.
It certainly appears reasonable however the pharmacokinetics are such that it would peak extremely quickly and then disappear from the plasma equally rapidly, so blood tests would be unreliable, similar to gel.
