Title: Bioidentical progesterone

I have been off my estrogen gel now for 6 wks.
My mirena is coming out in September and then my gynaecologist wants to put me on a bio identical progesterone.
Initially I was fine coming off the estrogen but for the past week or so I’ve been feeling anxious, brain fog and generally not feeling myself.
My sense of well being is low.
I’m seeing my gynaecologist again on 21st August and I have been keeping him informed on how I’ve been.
He said I need to be off the estrogen for at least 8 wks  which will be when I see him next.
Anyone on just a bio identical progesterone and how is it for you?
I would love to hear about anyones experience.
