Hi all, I’ve been chewing my Utrogestan for about a year as I nearly choked on the little balls. Is this going to be a problem? Thanks!

:o. mayB do a search for the product and C who others cope?

from NHS Site:
How to take it
Take Utrogestan at bedtime, at least 2 hours after food.
Swallow the capsules whole with a drink of water.
You'll also be prescribed an HRT medicine containing oestrogen.

This is probably OK as the capsule will quickly melt with your body heat after swallowing anyway.
However as it is unorthodox you may just want to get a scan to check your lining.
If you have been doing this for a year and have a thin endometrium and no abnormal bleeding, then you can be reassured it is doing its job.
