Title: Dry skin and patches/gel

Hi ladies, how do you go about moisturising and juggling patches, gels etc please? I have chronically dry skin due to thyroid issues and I’m currently on patches which aren’t doing much, plus 4 pumps of gel and testosterone too. I’m running short of places to apply stuff and wondering how I moisture too? Ideally I should be rotating gel application sites as I believe as I do for the patches. Thanks

Hopefully some1 will be along.  Is your thyroid controlled?
