Hi all, apologies, I'm sure this information is out here somewhere.
I'm cu4 on holiday in Spain, and I lost my hrt (I know, I know). Anyway, I went to a farmacia and have managed to get some progesterone ( same as utrogetsan), and some lenzetto. I couldn't find any patches ( my usual prescription).
Soo, my question is, how many sprays do I need to equal. a 100 everol patch please?
I just could face going cold turkey for the duration
Many thanks

I use Lenzetto but I moved from Oestrogel so cant speak about Everol equivalent. However, whilst youre waiting to see if anyone with experience comes along I have found the following info from BMS:
"If taking Evorel 100: Oestrogel 4 measures a day would give an equivalent."
I was using 3.5 pumps of gel and swapped to 3 sprays of Lenzetto. I think 3 sprays is the highest licensed dose so, in your position, I'd go for 3 sprays until you get hold of your usual patches.
Hopefully someone with experience/knowledge will come along soon!
Enjoy your holiday

Page 4 of the BMS HRT equivalent preparations sheet says that 3 sprays of Lenzetto is equivalent to a 50mcg oestrogen patch. As Suziemc says, anything more than this is above the licenced dose but as you have the product, I guess you are at liberty to use what you feel you need, for what I assume will only be for a short period until you get home again.

Oh boy....I was in the same document and didn't bother reading further down the section ::) Im glad someone else is more awake than me ;D

Suziemc - to be fair to yourself, it's kind of hidden in the Sandrena equivalent section! :)
Having previously used Lenzetto unsuccessfully, I knew Lenzetto wasn't a high oestrogen product at the licenced dose but needed to check the equivalence.

Thank you for all your replies. I ended up using 12 sprays! I am on a high patch dose (250), so that was still less than my usual level.
I did have a mini panic last night that it would be way too much, and I'd poisoned myself but I don't feel any different today.
It's only for another day or so, as I'll be back from holidays then.
I am a super low absorber it seems ;D
