I’ve been recommended to take 2 utrogestan not 1 continuously as I’m in 100mg patch and have adenomyosis. I don’t do well on 2 orally but can you take 2 vaginally continuously. I still have periods but I assume when you are bleeding you just continue to take it vaginally you don’t need to stop.

Yes you absolutely can take utrogestan vaginally irrespective of bleeding, provided you aren't using a tampon or moon cup.
Inserting them at night is usually advised anyway, and will also help them remain inside and get absorbed even if your flow is heavy.
You can also take it rectally if you wanted.

Thank you as I’m not fancying any of the synthetic progesterones and def don’t want the more a. I’m hoping taking it vaginallu will be better.
