Get rid of for three months!!! These gadgets/screens/apps are known to cause increasing levels of anxiety and time wasting.
Our bodies BP, hormone levels, food/liquid requirements alter during the day and no amount of reading apps etc. will give a true reading of how. our overall health. might B.
Ditch them. Practising relaxation therapy; watching the waves; sitting in the garden - are all far better to our health then worrying about whether the app is correct/not.
We have a thread about 'what we have diagnosed' somewhere ::). Better to read that probably to see how others manage!

Good point. I've downloaded a breathing app that does have nice visuals too. I just need to get more regular in using it. I like the scene's of nature and calming music.
