Hi everyone - could I ask who on here is on Lenzetto spray and does it work well for you? I have been on estradot patches for the last 2 years which have been brilliant for me but frustratingly the manufacturer changed a while back from Novartis to Sandoz and the Sandoz patches really are not working for me. They are causing inflammation and soreness on the skin plus my symptoms have returned. I started on the Sandoz version a few weeks back. I have reported this to Sandoz and reported it on the Yellow card system. I have seen online many other woman saying similar regarding the change in the patch. Thankfully it does seem to work fine for some women but quite a significant number have reported problems one of which is me. I would be so grateful for any feedback on Lenzetto. I was on it previously but on a very low dose when it first became available in the UK and its now clear that it is weaker than first thought so this time I will be starting on 2 sprays and after a week going up to 3 and see how that goes plus I understand you can use 4 sprays if 3 not enough either. Have just done a oestrogen blood level test before I change so I know where I am at when I get the results back. Many thanks in advance for any feedback xxx

I believe that there are threads: if U put the product name into the search box you should be able to read them. Make notes ;-)

Hi
I changed from Oestrogel to Lenzetto back in September time last year. I felt as though I needed to increase from 3 pumps of gel so my GP suggested a change to Lenzetto as she said she'd had other patients with issues with Oestrogel.
I now use 3 pumps Lenzetto and it suits me fine, I did start on just one but that wasn't enough so I increased through 2 on to 3 over the course of a few weeks. I love it as a product, it's quick and easy to use and dries very quickly.
Hope it works for you if you decide to give it a try

Hi Pippa,
I’ve been on Lenzetto for a couple of years now and get on well with it.
I think I remember a post from you trying to find the sweet spot and you covered half the spray etc?
I was on 2 sprays for a good while then felt I needed more so was advised to go up to 3 then 2 on alternate days but I had really bad stomach issues when I did this. Long story short Testosterone was actually the issue!
I’m now on 2 sprays with 3 sprays twice a week on a Wednesday and Sunday and I’m doing well with a test due next week to confirm levels.
My menopause specialist recommended the gradual addition on alternate days if you feel you need more rather than just jumping straight in from 2 sprays to 3 sprays etc.
Hope that’s not too long winded!
E x

Hi Evie,
Thats so helpful thank you so much. Yes indeed a couple of years ago I was on it before re covering the nozzle by half..... I honestly think then it was because it was too low a dose it didn't work out for me - as it was then a relatively new product to the market it was thought it was stronger than it actually is hence I was told not to go up any further. Started on 2 sprays yesterday but pretty sure I will need to up it to 3 and your plan sounds such a good idea as am stupidly sensitive to dose changes. Thank you so much I am so grateful. Have to say I am loving the ease of application with Lenzetto I'd forgotten just how easy it is. Still not sure whether arm or inner thigh is the best place but will experiment :)
I am so glad Lenzetto is working well for you its lovely and very reassuring to hear a success story xx
