Hi
I am carrying an extra stone in weight I am desperately trying to get rid of. I am running 15-20 miles a week, doing yoga, eating plant based and high protein diet, minimal sugar, no alcohol. My weight will not go down and in fact creeps very slowly up.
I am 55. On Evorel 100, every time I increased my dose of HRT I gained a few pounds which stayed with me.
My question is, is this normal? Should I ask a doctor or is it age and HRT? Has anyone else been in this position and found an answer?
Many thanks for any insight.
