Can’t seem up get on top of dosage / symptoms 😞

Hi. I belive that those symptoms will ease . What were your periods doing B4 you opted for HRT and which symptom would you like to ease first?

It may well settle, 2 weeks isn't a long time to assess any kind of hormone treatment.
If not, there are multiple other progestogen options including oral progestins or the mirena IUS.
There is also tibolone as an alternative.
Many women struggle on with micronised progesterone despite it not suiting them, believing that anything not "body identical" is unsafe, when in reality the difference in any safety outcome is absolutely minuscule.
