Title: Ladies on gel, what happens if dont use that morning

Im wondering if some symptoms take a day or so to manifest after a drop in estradiol. Im curious what ladies taking gel experience ie If dont use the gel on a day, do they get symptoms immediately or would it be the next day. Using patch and finding it hard to know if symptoms due to drop or increase in estradiol

Yes, in my experience 2 to 3 days before I experience headaches/brain fog/sleep issues etc.
