Hi everybody. After discussion on here, I think I might try taking my Utrogestan vaginally to see if it will help sorting out my hormone/fibroid related bleeding.
My question is, can I just use the regular Utrogestan round capsules (white and blue packet) or do I need to get the vaginal Utrogestan pessaries (white and pink packet)?
Apologies if this seems like a silly question!

The standard round utrogestan capsules are suitable for vaginal use, they just don't have a UK license for it.

Thanks for your reply Bombshell. That’s great, I’ve got lots of the original capsules so I’ll give it a try.

If it's utrogestan the 100mg is licensed for vaginal use in the EU, just not here. If it gepretex I'm not sure, there was a recent post on it so might be worth a search.
