Hi All,
I seem to be experiencing different symptoms weekly at the moment.
I am using Estriol for VA nightly which seems to now be reasonably under control, until recently it's flared up again.
Also, I had tingling in my legs about 5 years ago which I was sent for an MRI (as I've had cancer in the past).
All came back clear, the tingling was occasional.
But more recently it seems constant in my feet and finger tips.
Could this be fluctuating hormones?

It certainly can be, carpal tunnel syndrome for example is troublesome for a few women in pregnancy. This recedes within the next 6-18 months after delivery.
If you are getting VA symptoms then mayB add estriol in the morning as well as evening for 3 days. As well as pain relief when necessary. VA can become troublesome as hormones levels fluctuate.

Tingling left foot at night for years. A GP told me it was the menopause and anxiety. It eventually went away, but creeps back if l’m worried about something. All very odd!

Yes, that could make sense as I am quite stressed at the moment.
Thanks for your replies

You might want to get your thyroid checked fully as well. Not just the TSH which the GP will do, but a full panel like the Medichecks Advanced Thyroid test.
Inner tremors and tingling or fizzing can be hormones but it can also be thyroid. It's been one of my main symptoms, especially bad in the evenings and at night.

My friend has tingling in feet and hands as a side effect of cancer treatment which didn't start until after she'd finished treatment.
Another common cause is Vitamin12 deficiency so it's worth getting that checked out.

Yes, for years Ive had symptoms that fit Hypothyroidism.
Many of the female members of my family take Thyroxine.
I have had many checks TSH and have often been surprised when the test returns satisfactory.
So, I need a Medichecks advanced thyroid test.
Thank you :-)

Have you had your vit B12 tested?

Perce, yes. My own TSH was normal at 2.35 whilst my T3 was far below range at 2.5 (3.1 - 6. 8 ) - which the NHS would never have known about because they won't test it.
-
I agree with Taz. Get your B12 checked. Tingling extremities are a definite symptom of deficiency.

It might be worth seeing your gp, it can also be nerve damage or MS.
