Title: Yam cream

I am new here and I would like to know if I can use only bioidentic cream yam. I bought in iHerb and is natural. It's a progesterone. Because my heart is beat a lot.

MayB tell us more about yourself?  Menopause is natural - your age, what your periods are doing, which symptom you would like to ease first?  R U in the UK?
