Title: Missed Utrogestan
Post by: Sunshine29 on May 13, 2025, 09:34:42 PM
I take Utrogestan 100 on calender days 1-12 each month. There was an issue getting my prescription which has resulted in me missing taking it for 10 days. What should I do now? Should I  start taking them for 12 days or wait to the start of the next calender month?

If taking them on the first 12 days of the month works well for you, then I would stick with that.

Missing it for 1 month will do no harm - it takes several years of unopposed estrogen to potentially lead to endometrial cancer, not a month.

Your next withdrawal bleed may however be heavier because you have gone longer in between.
