If you are trying to conceive you should not be taking a synthetic progestin.
Norethisterone, which is in the combi patch, is actually also used as birth control, as well as the fact that there is scant safety data if someone does conceive on it.
The recommended hormone therapy for those with fertility goals is estradiol and micronised progesterone, in a cyclical regime.
I would also suggest you change clinics unless you haven't told your prescriber that you are trying to conceive, as the treatment you are on is most inappropriate.
