Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if you keep your patch on while using northistorone tablets. Tia

Generally speaking the estrogen component of hormone therapy is used continuously ie every day with no breaks.

The progestogen can be either cyclical or continuous.

However it is not standard to be taking oral norethisterone tablets alongside the combined patch.

Evorel conti already contains norethisterone - what is the reason for taking extra?
