I’m interested to know if anyone has had success by reducing their oestrogen and increasing progesterone?
In menopause rather than perimenopause specifically :)

Paula Rastrick on instagram talks a lot about this and took herself off estrogen and takes progesterone only. She was was a victim of the push push push the estrogen mafia.

When you say success, what is it in particular you are hoping to achieve?
The only way you can know whether this benefits you is to try it.
Whilst increasing the estrogen to progesterone ratio cannot be advised without being monitored due to potential endometrial risk, there should be no immediate harm from reducing the estrogen and increasing the progesterone as you wish, other than possible return of symptoms.

And perhaps best not to do both at once so you know which change causes what symptoms/improvement.
