Title: Estrogen and breast tenderness
Post by: sadielouise78 on April 20, 2025, 07:46:18 AM
Hi, on a previous post I asked about my boobs being really painful. Since then nothing has changed. It was suggested it could be I'm getting too much Estrogen. Before I go back to my doctors again about it I wanted to ask can oestrogel be just one pump instead of two? And would the 100mg of Utrogestan be halved too? Thank you.

You can use as little oestrogen as you like, it's often a good strategy to start low and work up slowly so your body has time to get used to it. The utro dose stays the same.
