Hi Ladies
To cut a very long story short I’ve been put on Lenzetto as I wasn’t absorbing the estrogel. I’m a bit concerned (as this is also estrogen absorbed by the skin) that I will have the same problem and my GP won’t allow a blood test to check levels before 3 months of taking it. If anyone has got any insight/experience that they could share it would be really appreciated.

I was switched from evorel patches to lenzetto spray, worked well for a while, then i started getting headaches. I think its a good option really, as long as you dont get the side effects. I have posted recently about doses, the response from Emma regarding how much you absorb from each spray might interest you. its here https://www.menopausematters.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,72263.0.html. All the best, if the gp refuses a blood test, which in my experience is quite normal, medichecks do one and they are very reliable and not too pricey. However in my experience bloods for estogen levels are quite unreliable anyway as its so changeable from one day to the next, best to use your symptoms as a guide i think, maybe thats just me though. hope that helps.
