Title: Everol conti alternatives

Hi, I’ve been suffering from acid reflux since starting Everol conti. I used to be fine on oestrogel and Utrogestan
 when on sequential regime.

 I’m seeing my GP next week so want to have some idea of what I want before I go in there.

Are there any options people have tried if they suffered with digestive issues ?

Would really appreciate any help, thanks.

Hi you can use Oestrogel and Utrogestan on a continuous regime. Is there a reason why you didn’t change to this?

Or another option would be Femseven Conti. Or an oestrogen patch with Utrogestan.

Thankyou for your reply. It was only that I wanted to change to patches but after all the issues I’ve had I’m happy to go back to gel. I think this is what I will ask for, thanks again.

Hi you can use oestrogen only patches with Utrogestan as the progesterone.

You can get Evorel patches which are estrogen only and utrogestan.

Estradot patches are out of stock at the moment so maybe avoid those...
