Title: Coming off Testogel
Post by: Nolly16 on April 15, 2025, 10:03:54 AM
Anyone have any experiences of coming off Testogel?  I’ve been on 40mg weekly for one year and no noticeable effects so thinking of calling it a day . . .

Hi.   :welcomemm:  What were your periods doing and why did you think that HRT would help: which symptom would you like 2 ease first?

R U able to tell us how old you are, what regime/s you have been on as well as the Testogel?

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom of use to chart progress.

HRT isn't a cure but can help if hormones are more or less evened out.  Browse round. Make notes.

Testogel was recommended/prescribed  to me for low libido - it hasn’t helped with this.  I’m 57 and also on Evorel conti patches which help other symptoms - especially sleep issues.  I don’t want to keep going with the hassle/cost of Testogel but just not sure whether to wean myself off or if better to just stop . . .
