Hi
After years of hating utrogestan I have been back on nori day. I take it 12 days a month as that is all I can tolerate.
Am on everol 75
I have recently become aware of an off license alternative ‘slynd’- a different type of progesterone- that is ‘supposed’ to be better tolerated all round.
My gp wanted me to be on a conti regime now - I am 57- I tried with the norithisterone but felt awful after a couple of weeks- so back on sequi with periods I go.
Would be very interested to hear your thoughts and experiences!🙂

MayB put 'slynd' into the search box, make notes.

I did- thanks. Since it is quite new I thought there might be more people with experience of it now🙂
