Hi,
I've been using Sandrena for 4 years but still getting many meno' symptoms despite taking 2.5mg daily. Dr agreed to change to Evorel 100 to see if I can get a more consistent Estrogen absorption, and to avoid that really annoying drying time.
So far it's been good, except for my first ever breakthrough bleed during the progesterone (Utrogestan), part of the cycle, which I never had on the Sandrena and Utrogestan cyclical regime.
Any ideas about why this has happened would be useful.

Any time you change estrogen (increase or decrease or change product) you should ignore any bleeding which occurs in the first 3 months. It's normal.
If it is still happening after 3 months, then it can be any number of things. Not enough progesterone being the most likely...

Thank you, Joziel.
